How Returns Work – Veona.Luxe

1. Eligible Returns Only

  • We only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Items that are simply unwanted, ordered by mistake, or changed their mind cannot be returned.

2. Return Request Process

  • Contact our support team at veonaluxesupport@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and photos showing the defect or damage. 

3. Approval and Resolution

  • Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Replacements will be shipped directly from our Supplier —no need to return the original item.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we cover the shipping costs.
  • For non-defective items, customers are responsible, but note that we do not accept returns for change of mind.
